HR online career management product development
InsideOutWorks provided HR client management services for a web development project to produce a tailor-made online career management product for Massey University students, staff and alumni. The project partners were Massey University (NZ client), TMP Worldwide (career management expert - Australia), programmers (USA) and InsideOutWorks. The project was delivered on time and budget and involved extensive local client consultation, and close multi-country work between the partners.

Tailored professional development programmes
On a recent assignment for a client undergoing major changes to business processes we developed a bespoke professional development programme. Gains to work productivity and team morale were achieved by spending more time understanding how the team works together and looking for meaningful ways to involve one another in the work.
